What is the Daily 15?
The Daily 15 is your personalized path to peace. Bless yourself, and give yourself permission to start at the beginning. if it’s the path of peaceful guidance you seek, you are on the right track. We’re going to be taking some baby steps toward building a program of life that anchors our day and helps us to recollect throughout the day. The Daily 15 is a committed attitude of the heart to return to the presence of God for 5 minutes morning, noon, and night. That’s it! It’s a powerful practice to bring you back to balance. Commit to 6 weeks and you will have a beautiful habit on which to build your spiritual life. Good morning! What are your first thoughts? Are they of gratitude or dread? Excitement or anxiety? Whatever your thoughts are, simply acknowledge them before God and lay them at His feet. In this way you are sanctifying your first moments of the day. Simply express gratitude, whatever the circumstances, because God’s will for you is in this very moment, exactly as it is.

Check in with yourself. How are you doing? Where have you seen or experienced God in your day so far? Remember, God’s holy will is the purpose of your life. Receive God’s gift of renewal to you for the next 5 minutes. This intimate conversation becomes a gift of yourself to God. Lovingly cultivate silence. Learn to listen and open your heart to receive. Ask for the grace you are seeking. Come Holy Spirit…

Deeply inhale. Rest in the everlasting arms of the Father for these 5 minutes as you review your day together. Where did you experience God in the moments of your day?What areas left you feeling empty? You are safe. You are loved. Nothing can separate you from the love of the Father.
